Do I need to know how to play golf?
No. Most of our guests have never played before. The simulator shows you what happened with every shot — you don't need to know how to correct it. A short introduction is available if you'd like one.

Do I need my own clubs?
No. Clubs and balls are here and included in the price. Just bring indoor trainers.

What does an hour of indoor golf in Zurich cost?
It depends on the time of day — mornings are cheapest. Up to 4 people can play in one bay for the same price, so it gets significantly cheaper per person in a pair or a group of four. Current prices are on zurichgolf.ch.

Do I need a membership?
No, you can book a single session any time. A membership pays off if you play regularly: unlimited off-peak time, 8 peak hours a month, and you can bring up to 3 guests per session.

Where is Zurich Golf?
Pfingstweidstrasse 106, 8005 Zürich, in Kreis 5. Six minutes from Hardbrücke by public transport or ten minutes on foot, thirteen minutes from Zürich main station.

Can we play as a group?
Yes. On a normal booking, up to 4 people per bay. For events there's more room: up to 8 people on one simulator, and up to 30 in the private room.

Are you open in summer?
Yes — all year and around the clock. We're open on public holidays too; on a few of those days there's no phone support, but booking and access work exactly as usual.

How late can I book?
It depends on availability. In winter it's worth booking a few days ahead, but the same evening often works too. The booking system always shows what's actually free.

Do you host company events?
Yes. A private room with two simulators for up to 30 people from CHF 499 for two hours, or half the room for up to 8 people from CHF 299. An introduction is always included — nobody needs to know how to play.

How can I access the Golf Simulator?
After your booking online, you receive an access code that can be used 15 minutos prior booking at our venue at Pfingstweidstrasse 106, 8005 Zürich (1st floor)

Can I pay with Twint?
Yes. We accept card and Twint for payments. Twint can also be used to purchase drinks and food at our venue.

Is it possible to book multiple hours?
Yes. Book as many consecutive hours as you like, subject to availability. Longer sessions are also cheaper per hour than several single bookings.

Can I drink at your premise?
Food and drinks are allowed. Please leave the premise as it was after your session.

My access didn't work - what can I do?
Email or call us and we'll get you in. Your access code arrives by email about two hours before your slot and the door opens 15 minutes before your start time — if it's earlier than that, the code simply isn't active yet.
